Open to Rising Grades K-7

WEEKLY CAMPS • $150/student

Monday-Friday • Two daily blocks 10A-12P & 1-3P

20 hours of interactive, educational, creative instruction and play

Tuition includes: a camp t-shirt, a packet of craft supplies delivered to you,

access to activity worksheets, review videos, and a video of a final sharing.

STRUCTURE

• Students MUST be registered by the Monday prior to a camp start date to provide time for

staff to deliver materials, order t-shirts, and write scripts according to enrollment.

• Limit of 40 students per week. 100% refund if cancelation seven days prior to camp. 50%

refund if cancelation four days prior to camp. No refund offered less than 24-hours prior to

camp.

• Each student will need to enroll in the camp to maintain teacher to student ratios (1:10)

• Ideally, students will have their own device. We understand that may not be possible.

• Students will be divided into Breakout “pods” by grade level. The pods will remain together so

that they attend content sections designed for their age and ability.

• Families will have access to a Share Drive Folder containing “fun stuff” to use in addition to

camp hours (coloring sheets, mazes, word searches and craft ideas), “review stuff” like vocal

warm ups, and “learning stuff” like lyrics, scripts, and instructions.

ENROLLING

REFUNDS: 

  • 100% refund if cancelation is made seven days prior to camp. 
  • 75% refund if cancelation is 5-6 days prior to camp. 
  • 50% refund 2-4 days prior to the first day of camp 
  • No refund offered less than 24-hours prior to camp.

•  All enrollment must go through the TicketLeap site that you can share with friends and family.

  • Each student will need to enroll in the camp to maintain teacher to student ratios (1:12)
  • Students from all over the USA can enroll ; that’s the silver lining of Zoom. Cousins in Columbia and Dallas can be in the same Zoom Room if they are the same grade level! Yay!

ZOOM CAMP SCHEDULE

Students will be divided into Breakout “pods” by grade level. The pods will remain together so that they attend content sections designed for their age and ability.

Monday-Friday

  • 10A-12P, break for lunch, 1-3PM
  • Students are divided into Breakout “pods” by grade level.
  • Breakout “pods” will remain together as teachers rotate to them with new content.
  • 30-minute rotations include: crafts, acting, dance, singing, theatre games, movement and more!
  • Students aren’t glued to the screen. We move! We grove! We create! We play! We dance!
  • The staff writes original skits and chooses music based on each week’s themes.
  • Students will use materials from their packet to create crafts each day.
  • Students will create a music video of their work for Sharing.

 

TUITION

TRYPS is offering a discount for its weekly camp tuition - $150/student.

Access to our Share Drive Folder loaded with activities to do outside of camp, links to learning (like warm ups and dance steps), lyrics, music, and scripts.
