Your child WILL NOT be enrolled until all forms are submitted and reviewed by our staff; you have made a Ticketleap payment, and you receive a confirmation email.
TRYPS will enroll a limited number of students each week for in-person, outdoor summer camps that will continue to practice COVID safety: facemasks, small pods, social distancing, & hand sanitizing.
TRYPS no longer accepts credit card payments onsite. Ticketleap provides a touchless system and releases TRYPS from the liability of storing credit card information. Once a Ticketleap payment is made; full refunds will be made until 10 days prior to the first day of camp. After that date, the Ticketleap payment is final. All refunds due within 3-10 days prior to camp will be made via check less the cancelation fee amount.

Tuition includes:
• A 40-hour camp week including interactive, educational, creative instruction and play
• A packet of craft supplies for each child to decrease touch points
• Activity booklets and handouts (scripts, lyrics, instructions, craft templates)
• A camp t-shirt
• Video access to all final sharing projects
Tuition does NOT include:
• Lunch or morning/afternoon snacks
• A facemask (no neck gaiters, bandanas, or scarves)
• Water bottle (Please send your child with a full water bottle each day.)
CAMP SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday • 8A-4P • Outdoor location TBA
• Students are divided into small groups or “pods” by grade level.
• These “pods” will remain together with the same teacher for the entire week.
• Staff and students will practice social distancing, wear facemasks, and wash hands frequently. Mask breaks will be scheduled throughout the day.
• Each weekday features a new focus: crafts, acting, D&D role play, singing, theatre games, and more!
• The staff writes original skits and chooses music based on each week’s themes.
• Students will receive a personal packet with craft supplies and handouts to decrease high-touch surfaces.
• Students will record their skit, camp trailer, song, and D&D role play throughout the week.
• Videos will be shared via email; no in-person performances.
• Only staff and students will be allowed to exit vehicles and remain onsite.
